They are open Monday to Friday (except statutory holidays) from 7:30 am to 5 pm Pacific time / 8:30 am to 6 pm mountain standard time.

Contact your IDIR security administrator or Service Desk if you are having problems logging in with an IDIR account. IDIR accounts are only used by B.C. government workers.
